We have operated in Mumbai since 1903 and developed property in the city since 1971. Our real estate interests include a land bank of more than 570 acres in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, and our hospitality interests include hotels in Mumbai, Goa and New Delhi developed with Hyatt, Hilton and Marriott.

India’s growth, its urbanisation and the rising aspirations of its people are creating strong demand for quality homes, workplaces and hotels. We are well placed to meet it.
